1. Open Control Panel.

netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow ssid=“My PC Hotspot” key=“ yourpassword”
You can replace the My PC Hotspot and yourpassword according to your choice but key should be more than eight characters.
3. Press enter, now your new network is created and to make it visible just type:
netsh wlan start hostednetwork
4. You can check again from the Network connections, Your Network is Activated or not.
Now you can connect any wi-fi Device with your PC/Laptop.
